Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and any free promotional items received with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Clearance, sale, promotional, or final-sale items.
  • Gift cards and digital products (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SWIFTEX cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

International Orders

For customers in the USA and Pakistan, return eligibility and refund processing remain subject to this policy. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless required by law.
